During visits, visitors will access the areas where the main opera and musical performances take place that the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía offers each season. A visit to the Plácido Domingo Perfection Centre will also be included, which is the main premises of one of the best lyric artists training centres, or a visit to the Galeria dels Arcs (the Arches Gallery), this being the newest place used for performances, and one of much minimalist beauty.

Apart from being able to contemplate the building’s architectural features in detail (cantilevers at various heights, a helicoidal stairway inside, the famous trencadís -outer mosaic work- , etc.), our guides will reveal all the technical and artistic details that make this place so special, where the best musical works of all times merge with the most state-of-the-art technology in creating shows.

Tour guide: Mata? He was very good. He explained things very clearly and peaked/captured everybody's attention. Opera house is wonderful. It had 4 opera halls each with unique size and designs. They are just amazing. Very futuristic. Also you should walk around the park area as well. They are 4 unique designed building in the complex Theatre, Agriculture, Science Museum and opera house. Very picturesque place. Walking through it make me think I was in different world or in some future.

Amazing park, with the futuristic structures. The Palau is very impressive by itself, but being inside of it made it a special experience, especially for someone who understands the challenges of such a construction - my husband does. Didn't have time to experience the depth of Science Museum, plan to have a day to spend.

We took the one hour guided tour inside the opera house and got a very good understanding of the architecture as well as the inner workings of an opera house.
