I usually dont complain a lot, but after my experience with your guide I feel I have to. First off I had to call your company multiple times in order for me to get an email and get my instructions for my tour. That was okay. However today your guide Mr. Takuya really disappointed and insulted me by his words and actions. As we are from another country you have to understand that getting around is difficult as not all are well versed in English and we understand that. So my wife and I left our hotel early and arrived at Ryojoku at 6am just to make sure we are not late. Unfortunately we could not find said A2 exit. We went around the area multiple times as well as asked multiple persons to no avail. We contacted ur guide but he was not helpful at all. All he said is we look for it cause others are waiting. Is that proper? I was explaining to him our predicament yet all we get is that statement. First of all I texted him at around 7 am to ask and he never replied until i texted him multiple times. Then when we did see him he proceeds to say atop complaining? You do not and again i say you DO NOT TREAT clients that way. Regardless of who they are. I dont know what to expect from your company after this but rest assured friends and colleagues will learn about my experience

A must do for anybody visiting Tokyo. How dedicated and fit these men are!! Our guide was great and explained a lot about the training etc. And the "photo Shoot" after was a lot of fun. Thank you

Difficult all round from getting confirmation of venue time and place to finding venue, an hour from centre of Tokyo with a number of changes of subway and trains. Over booked not enough space, cramped to say the least, no commentary as to what was going on. Not worth the money, a poor Japanese tour operator.

This was high on our list of to do's especially since we were missing the tournament season. You think they are slow? Think again! The speed and agility that they display is amazing. We got to see them warm up, do various exercises and see some mock fights. What a wonderful way to spend the morning in Tokyo.
