• Sweet potato & pumpkin with shredded kale and couscous, fragrant herb vinaigrette dressing with rosemary, oregano, thyme, dried cranberries & crushed walnuts (V)
• Ravioli pasta filled with spinach and ricotta, salsa Napolitana with grana padano cheese (V)
Main:
• Grilled Barramundi fillet accompanied by seasonal vegetables, served with capers and lemon oil (GF)
• Australian southern highlands beef tenderloin fillet served with sautéed mushrooms and rich jus
• Kale stuffed chicken breast with fresh beans, Dutch carrots and chicken jus
• Tian of Mediterranean vegetables with olive polenta and tomato salsa (V-GF)
Dessert:
• Orange flourless cake orange indulgence served with butterscotch sauce (GF)
• Malibu and coconut slice almond and lime zest sponge with whipped Malibu ganache and mango confit. Finished with white chocolate and roasted coconut texture and mango agar gel
• Coffee Opera layers of almond and roasted hazelnut joconde, coffee butter cream and dark chocolate ganache, finished with a dark chocolate glaze and chocolate coffee bean

spent two days in Sydney prior cruise and had a fabulous dinner cruise around Sydney Harbour. excellent dinner and service supplied by crew.
Excellent experience and view, just a bit to crowded.
The dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour was excellent and worth the price. The meal was very good and the sight seeing sensational.
Though considered by some to be too touristy, we found this dinner cruise to be great! The food was quite good, the service was also very good, and the views are amazing! Pay the extra for the window table. Seeing Sydney Harbor at night from the water was stunning.
The food was actually really good! We had the 3 course meal and each course was very tasty. It was a really nice way to start our trip to Sydney and see the harbor at night.
We should have done the lunch cruise as we couldnt see anything nor did they try to point any sites our landmarks out. This was a disappointment. Food was so so. Music was good but loud.
This tour provides a great way to have a good quality and fairly relaxing dinner while travelling around Sydney harbour. There was plenty of time to enjoy the complementary champagne, eat dinner, enjoy the live entertainment, and be able to go out on deck to take photographs of the Sydney skyline lit up at night. The Sydney Opera House at night is quite something to see from out in the harbour!
