Eleven completely different Christmas markets lie right at your feet: From the very traditional to the merry medieval to the après-ski charm of the Hüttenzauber – you’ll find it all. From the main rail station the twinkling Christmas mile leads along Prager Straße to Altmarkt, winding around the Frauenkirche and across Neumarkt to the Hauptstraße Christmas Market on the other side of the Elbe and the Neustädter Advent amidst the resplendent Baroque Quarter. Mmmh, can’t you already smell the enticing aroma of baked apples...?
