The first stop on your journey will be Bastei Bridge on the Saxon (German) side of the national park. You will have the opportunity to walk across this magnificent bridge perched high above the river Elbe. Enjoy stunning views that will take your breath away!

The Pravcika Gate is the largest natural sandstone gate in the whole of Europe and is truly one of a kind

I highly recommend this tour for those who love the outdoors and beautiful scenery. Our driver Peter picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the parks, which are 90 minutes away from Prague. Peter told us lots of interesting facts about places all along the way in both the Czech Republic and Germany. Peter also gave us water so we would be hydrated for the long climbs ahead. We had a group of five and met up with another group of five, so both George and Stephen were our tour guides...both very polite, funny and knowledgeable! The steep climbs to the Pravcicka Gate and Bastei Bridge were well worth the incredible views up top. Great way to spend a day outside of Prague. You will be exhausted at the end of the day, but you will always remember this special tour!

When visiting Prague, it is worth a trip out of the city to see the absolutely mesmerising Saxon Switzerland National Park. It was truly stunning and something I will never forget. Our guide was fantastic too!
