Stop At: Westgate River Ranch Resort, 3200 River Ranch Blvd, Lake Wales, FL 33867-1201
This is an evening to genuine cowboy land in Southern Osceola County. Roundtrip transportation is included down to the dude ranch, where upon arrival you will enjoy a BBQ style dinner experience.
Feast on a family-style cookout buffet at the East Corral which includes barbecue chicken, hotdogs, corn on the cob, fries, baked beans and a selection of beverage options.
Following dinner, you will experience an old-fashioned, tractor-pulled hayride at Westgate River Ranch that takes you into the beautiful, 7,000-acre KICCO Wildlife Management Area (KICCO stands for “Kissimmee Island Cattle Company"), which runs along the Kissimmee River. View wildlife such as white-tailed deer, bald eagles, wild hogs, hawks, sand hill cranes, alligators, wild turkeys and more as you are entertained by the talents of a cowboy who not just sings classic and contemporary tunes, but will also provide you with interesting trivia about the area.
Following your hayride you are off to the rodeo! Eight seconds may not seem like a long time, but when you’re watching a bull rider trying to stay on a bucking bull, it seems like an eternity. Be captivated by the excitement and unpredictable danger of the Saturday Night Rodeo in the 1,200-seat rodeo arena. This family-friendly, fun-filled weekly rodeo draws rodeo athletes from all over to compete in trick riding, calf roping, barrel racing and of course, bull riding. The rodeo is a guest favorite as you get the opportunity to view talented contestants and also enjoy a patriotic tribute to our armed forces.
In addition to enjoying the rodeo spectacle, little cowpokes can participate in a real "calf scramble" where boys and girls try to remove a ribbon from a calf’s tail. The first one to get the ribbon receives the prize!
The fun doesn’t stop once the rodeo ends! If you feel bull riding isn’t that tough, take a spin on the Mechanical Bull, or get your feet moving to the lively Dance Party where kids can sing, dance and compete in games while the lively DJ entertains the crowd with fun tunes! This is a great alternative way to spend a Saturday night whilst in O-town!

The rodeo was good and entertaining. Average bbq food. However the driver of bus was 40 minutes late picking up. He was not like other guides , cannot give his name as he did not tell us! As soon as we set off he put dvd film on for us but was concerned to see he was watching this while driving ! Another passenger also said should you be watching while driving! Felt unsafe in vehicle and pleased to arrive back. Have had good trips with viator previously but not this time. I do not recommend gray line coach company.
Had the best time ever. Would love to come and watch again. A great atmosphere with fun times and memories to last a lifetime!
So pleased I found this. Great location...made me wish I had booked to stay there for a night or two. Enjoyed the food that was included and the hayride was interesting thanks to the guide. The rodeo was exciting and had a really fun atmosphere getting you to really root for them to stay on.
Very enjoyable, nice bus ride to site, close pickup location kept busy the entire time!
