Visit two premium wine destinations in SoHo during your wine-tasting walking tour. At each stop, sample world-class wines matched with delicious cuisine while your expert guide and winemaker hosts share tips on selecting, tasting and pairing wines. Enjoy customized attention as you discover great restaurants and wine shops and learn about wine history. Get the inside scoop on how to find good values on a restaurant wine list, and even how to ask for a discount!

Expect to walk around a half mile (0.8 km) total at a leisurely pace between tasting locations. At each destination, the friendly staff greets you and shows you to your private table for the tasting. It is recommended that you wear comfortable, dressy-casual clothing and shoes.

Your first stop is Galli where you will savor delicious Italian or Spanish wines and Italian comfort food pairings. Learn the basics of tasting wine and pairing it with complementary foods as you snack on grilled calamari or mozzarella with tomatoes, accompanied by two glasses of wine.

Your second stop will be at a second sensational restaurant in the heart of SoHo, Spring Street Natural. Spring Street Natural was founded when terms such as “farm to table”, “locavore,” and “organic” were virtually unheard of in relation to food and dining. You are guaranteed to enjoy more delicious wine and food pairings as your guide discusses the art of selecting, tasting, and pairing fine wines. Your tour will conclude after 2 hours, at which time you'll be free to enjoy another glass, hit the town, or test your newfound knowledge at a local wine shop.

My parents and I had such a great time on this tour! The experience truly exceeded all of our expectations especially from an educational standpoint. I was so impressed with Vitalii's ability to articulate different/complex components of his extensive wine knowledge in such a relatable and easy to understand way. The food pairings were delicious and filling, and the ambience was quaint and intimate which made it easy to listen to the presentation, ask questions, interact with the group. I have been singing praises about the tour since! Will definitely recommend and look forward to another tour/tasting with Vitalii!

Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and open to any questions. The wines were very good and the accompanying food was better in the first location than the second. However in both locations the sound of other customers in each made it extremely difficult to hear the guide clearly

My daughter and I had a great time on this tour! We learned so much in such a short time. There was plenty of wine to drink and more food than we could eat. I would highly recommend this. We learned a lot about what to look for when purchasing our favorite wines and some ideas on what types of food to best pair them with. Both restaurants were really nice and it was a fun relaxed environment. The tour guide was so friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions - the most un-snobby wine snob I've ever met! Loved it!

Great experience! Easily could have been pretentious or touristy, but it was neither- just a great, low key, fun time. I liked everyone else on the tour, too! I'm definitely interested in taking the West Village tour now.
