The tour was very well done. Learned a lot about the Bronx. All the small family stores. . Saw different neighborhoods in Queens. And walked under the Brooklyn Bridge. Our guide was great!!

Would have liked to have spent a bit more time in the neighbourhoods than just driving though. Did not feel particularly safe in the area were the tour ended and we were asked to get off of the bus. No information given on how to return to Times Square, like simply pointing out where the subway is and the line to get onto.
