Small Group Cooking Lesson with Lunch from Mendoza

We begin with the pick up from Mendoza hotels around 09 am, to go to the winery where our cooking class takes place. Once we get there at 10 am, we will be welcome with a homemade regional breakfast. After that, we will have the chance to go on a 30 minutes walk around the winery, to explore it'r facilities and learn about it's history.
At 11 am the cooking lesson begins. It takes place on a private fully equipped kitchen with an incredible view towards the Andean mountain range. You will make bread, two varieties of grilled pizzas, pasta with two types of sauce: fondue roasted tomato and mushroom ragout and for dessert, an assortment of cheeses and sweets (quince, sweet potatoes and figs in syrup, and the cheeses will be: pecorino, gouda, blue and cuartirolo)
Finally, around 1:30 pm, we will have the chance to taste our creations paired with the finest wines of the winery. After lunch, we wll drop you off at your hotels.
