Start this journey by getting picked up at your local hotel in Jaipur, and let the arranged driver take you to the Chowkhi Dhani Village. The village opens at sunset so departure time from your hotel is around 5:30pm. The entrance fee is included in this tour, so simply enter the village and begin to enjoy this journey through ancient times. In this village you can enjoy different performances by local artists, such as dance, music and theater. Also enjoy the work of exciting magicians and fortune tellers. Enjoy the local snacks, such as the famous Rajasthani ice cream, during your walk through the village.

There are also different fun attractions such as the Ferris wheel, camel rides, getting an intensive back rub or training how to fight with an ancient warrior. Continue to enjoy the local market where ancient Rajasthani handicrafts can be viewed or purchased.

Finish up in the famous local Rajasthani restaurant, where a vegetarian meal will be enjoyed traditionally, with a local artist playing an ancient instrument. Take this time to enjoy the flavors and recipes of ancient Rajasthan.

After the visit is finished in the village, the driver will you take back to the hotel safely to enjoy a good night's rest. The average time to stay in the village is around 3 hours, but you can also choose to stay shorter or longer, and the village closes around 11:30pm.

We were delayed getting back to our hotel for pickup but our driver waited for us. We had great time exploring the village. You could shop easily here without the hard sell and prices were reasonable. There were lots of activities to see and do. Allow atleast 2.5 hours - more if you want to eat.

Was a fun night, the driver was on time to collect us and waited as long as we wanted. Dinner was an amazing experience, and the whole village was a interesting mix of markets and dancing.
