It was easy to find the tour booth, and the guide was very nice, knowledgeable, and she was able to answer all our questions. The group was about 24 people, and there were 400+ stairs in sometimes a very small, steep and crowded space. This is not a tour for those with a serious fear of heights. The ticket also provides entry into the baptistry and the museum/crypt. Highly recommend!

The tour of the cathedral and the duomo skywalk was amazing. We learned so much from our tour guide! I love that she was an art historian and could give us such rich and varied details about the architecture, the dating, the interior, the politics and the church history! The walk up was not as intense as I feared, there were several stops along the way, inside and out. The view from the top was spectacular! Highly recommended!

This tour was well worth it. We skipped the lines and got a historical tour of the Duomo plus a walk to the top and a gorgeous view of the city from the top balconies. it included admission to the Baptismal and the museum. Well worth the money. The tour guide was great as well. Very knowledgeable.

We chose this tour because the description says: "Guided tour of the Cathedral and the Crypt." Not only is there no guided tour, we would have had to go back outside and wait in line to re-enter to go the crypt. Standing in the sun for 45 minutes after climbing stairs is not going to happen. If we had known the crypt wasn't included, we would have booked a different tour.

I loved this tour. It was a small group tour and our guide Ricardo was awesome! I was a bit worried when I read the other reviews because of tight spaces and the height, but everyone in our group did fine. It was amazing to climb to the top of the Duomo and our guide Ricardo was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable.

The views are breathtaking. Totally worth it and our guide was unbelievably knowledgeable. She knew so much history and truly enjoyed what she was doing. It was such a pleasure to share in her enthusiasm for the history of her beautiful city.
