Join us in this exciting adventure discovering the Duomo, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral complex. Our expert local guide will share with you the stories, legends, and the secrets behind this incredible architectural monument with a small intimate group (12 people max).

Admire the most important artworks preserved inside the Cathedral Museum, such as Lorenzo Ghiberti’s Gates of Paradise and Michelangelo’s Pietà, on a guided tour of the collection.

Then enjoy a taste of typical Florentine gelato as you stroll around the square and its monuments, like the stunning façade of Duomo.

The tour then culminates with an extraordinary view from atop one of the largest Domes in the world. As you climb up the famous 463 steps enjoy stunning views of the Cathedral interior and 16th-century frescoes.

Please note that you must come with your knees and shoulders covered.

With just 12 people per group, our guides can provide personalized tours, leaving you with a better understanding. In a small group you will learn more and get the most out of your experience. Our small groups also respect the sites visited by keeping numbers down in overcrowded galleries and sites. And lastly, we want to actively contribute to the preservation of the art and sites in a real way. And we include you in our mission. A part of the proceeds from your payment of our services will be donated to organizations that are dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the works of art and sites visited on our tours.

The tour leaders were outstanding. I was not able to climb the dome. While we did rhe first part of the tour, a representative from the company stood in line for me so I could get inside the church while my husband did the climb. Personal, outstanding service. They went above and beyond.
