The safari driven ride in the sand was excellent but beyond that this is a waste of money. The camel ride lasted less than 5 minutes up on the camel's legs, and this was after we explained we paid for the camel ride as booked - the operator didn't realise the camel ride was included. We were told by Viator web site details to be ready at 8am pick up, but at 8.15am I called the operator of the event to be told no it would be 9.00-9.30 as it was a public holiday and he didn't know how to contact me. So much for having a profile in Viator. I asked if it was a late pick up would the 4 hour time slot still apply and he said no. It still finished at 12-12.30. Who is running this show???? For US330 for 4 people I say not worth the money and a lack of honesty on what you get by this operator and Viator!
