Sip on a welcome drink, and change into your bathing suit, before enjoying the steam room, whirlpool, sauna and rain shower, with a spa butler to assist you if needed. Then, wander into the pre-relaxation lounge and absorb the tranquil ambience before being shown to a treatment suite by one of the Spa’s internationally trained therapists.

Enjoy three bliss-inducing treatments, starting with a light exfoliation of your skin. First, relax into your Arabian Rassoul (mud) body wrap as your skin is slathered in three warm, natural muds, cocooning you in a soothing wrap. Enjoy a head massage as the mud purifies and penetrates, before taking a soft, rinsing shower.

Relax even further with a hot desert stone massage, as a masseuse uses warm basalt stones and your chosen, custom-made massage oil to melt away muscle tightness. Luxuriate in the long movements and pressure points of this 1-hour massage, before enjoying a customized radiant facial. Feel the coolness of cold marble stones on your skin as they tone, tighten and release tension. Then, choose from a range of international skin care products as a final, caressing touch.

After your 2-hour session, ease back into the world in the relaxation area with complimentary drinks and snacks. Then, enjoy a ride back to your hotel, where your experience ends.

I frequent many spas and I must say while the ladies there were very nice, it was not what I was expecting. The pick up they arranged from the hotel was a nightmare! The facial was really just a wash, maybe a mask I'm not quite sure because I wasn't told what they were doing. The shower to wash off the mud wrap was sooooo small and the shower head would not stay up. I was not given anything to help get the mud off, I had to use my hand. The people were nice but not the experience I was expecting.

Nice location, good treatment friendly staff / pick-up and drop-off worked good, although the driver for pick-up was half an hour late he did not find the right hotel.
