This tour will take you to Budapest’s renowned synagogues and Holocaust memorials while you learn about 20th century history and Hungarian-Jewish culture from a native perspective. We had an incredible personalised tour of the Jewish quarter that not only showed us the synagogues but also covered so much more of the history and culture of the city. Our guide Kinga was so knowledgeable and our discussions went far beyond the scope of the tour. She introduced us to the ruin bars and local restaurants that we visited many times afterwards. It left us understanding much more about the great city of Budapest and wanting to return. Thanks again Kinga.
